NYP is a legal company. . . .a legal company, allowed by legislation, which permits a group of people, as SHAREHOLDERS, to apply to the government for an INDEPENDENT organization to be created, which can then focus on pursuing set objectives, and empowered with legal rights” .. . .my question is ‘i would like the names of the shareholders’, thanks . . . .

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC).

I wish to advise you there is no information held within the OPCC to answer your request.

This is because North Yorkshire Police is a Public Authority, not a private company, and therefore does not have shareholders.
