On Wednesday 23 June we are upgrading our telephone system and unfortunately you will not be able to contact us by phone.
We are still here, so to get in touch, please:
The Commissioner and their team have implemented a number of measures, including working from home and online meetings, to ensure that a normal service can be provided, while adhering to the latest guidelines.
Although the office is closed, all post is collected daily and you can always contact us via email, telephone or our online enquiry form.
We do not tolerate abuse, bullying or harassment of our staff.
If your behaviour or contact is deemed by our staff to be rude, aggressive or vexatious we reserve the right to terminate calls or manage your contact with the Office in line with our Policy on Unreasonable Complainants and Correspondents.
If this happens during a phone call our staff will follow three steps: to ask you to desist, to warn you that they will terminate the call, and then to terminate the call if you continue.
