Since the inception of legally qualified chairs for Police Misconduct Hearings, Stephen Gowland has been the Legally Qualified Chair for one misconduct hearing for NYOPCC.

1) Since the inception of legally qualified chairs for Police Misconduct Hearings, Stephen Gowland has been the Legally Qualified Chair for 1 (one) misconduct hearing for NYOPCC.
