The daily rate paid is £350 and the half day rate is £170.

Are there any other fees you pay your LQC for any work related to misconduct hearings, preparations and report writing? If so, please give details
A fee for preparatory work of report writing at £45 per each hour necessarily spent (with a maximum of £600 for each misconduct hearing save in exceptional circumstances).

What is the daily rate you pay your supporting members of misconduct panels?
The daily rate paid to supporting members of the misconduct panel is £211.50.

Are there any other fees you pay to misconduct panel members for any relevant work? If so, please give details.

Police officers are able to claim expenses in line with national regulations. Generally expenses include overnight allowance (in specific circumstances), travel expenses minus normal work to home mileage when travelling in their own vehicle for work.
