Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC). I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by the OPCC.

Decision

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you.

Between 1 January and 10 November 2017, the OPCC had answered 39 FOI requests. Freedom of Information requests are published on the disclosure log held on the Police and Crime Commissioner’s website, except where individuals have withdrawn their requests. There is no
specified frequency recorded for updating the disclosure log, however the OPCC aims to publish responses on a quarterly basis.

Due to staff changes in the last year, it is appreciated that the website has become out of date and this is currently being updated. The OPCC apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please note that systems used for recording information are not generic, nor are the procedures used locally in capturing the data. It should be noted therefore that the OPCC’s response to your questions should not be used for comparison purposes with any other responses you may receive.
