I have today decided to disclose the located information to you.

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) has had one formal meeting with Mike Cunningham within the time frame requested, which took place on 7 September 2015 at North Yorkshire Police’s headquarters. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a recent HMIC inspection into Effectiveness and Legitimacy, which was undertaken as part of the national PEEL assessment.

The PCC and Mike Cunningham have also on occasion attended the same conferences, regional meetings and national meetings, however these would not be recorded as meetings specifically between the two.
