Independent Domestic Violence Advisory (IDVA) / ISVA service for all High Risk Victims of Domestics Abuse and / Sexual Violence, delivered by:
Independent Domestic Abuse Services (IDAS), who provided:
- 2 FTE IDVAs in Hambleton, Richmondshire, Harrogate, Craven, & Selby Districts; and
- 0.5 FTE ISVA in Hambleton, Richmondshire, Harrogate, Craven, Selby, Scarborough, Ryedale, &York Districts.
Victim Support, who provided:
- 1.6 FTE IDVAs in York, Scarborough, & Ryedale Districts – subcontracted to Foundation Domestic Abuse Services; and
- 0.2 FTE ISVA in Scarborough & Ryedale – subcontracted to IDAS.

EnhancedIDVA / ISVA service for all High and Medium Risk Victims of Domestic Abuse and / or all Victims of Sexual Violence, co-commissioned with North Yorkshire County Council and City of York Council, delivered by Independent Domestic Abuse Services (IDAS).This service will provide practical and emotional support to victims of domestic and sexual abuse / violence from the point of crime throughout the criminal justice process, if appropriate, and beyond. 10 FTE dual trained ID/SVAs will deliver essential services to support victims of these most serious crimes to cope and recover.
Counselling / Talking Therapies services for all Enhanced Entitlement Victims as per the Ministry of Justice’s Code of Practice for Victims of Crime, ensuring those with most need are given priority access to support services to enable them to cope and recover. These services are delivered on a Call-Off basis by the following four providers:
