I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Policing, Fire and Crime Team (PFC) on the 14th July 2025.
Request:
Please would you let me know regarding allegations of crimes conducted against birds of prey in each of the last three years
1) the total number of allegations made to your force
2) how many you opened an investigation into
3) how many you referred to the CPS and
4) how many resulted in a criminal conviction. If known, please would you for each category record the total number of incidents where the accused were gamekeepers across all three years

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the PFC.
I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the PFC in order to answer your request.
The information you are looking for may be held by North Yorkshire Police.
