I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Office for Policing, Fire, Crime and Commissioning (OPFCC) on 28th January 2025.
Question/ Request:
Under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide information regarding the following matter : the disappearance of Claudia Lawrence from her home at 46 Heworth Rd, York, in March 2009.
1: I request a copy of the initial police report concerning the search / examination of her home in March 2009, and all observations noted by the officers.
2: Information obtained by the police from the local repair garage where Claudia Lawrence’s car had been taken for repairs, including the date on which the car had been received by the garage.
Answer/ Response:
I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.
This is because the information is held by North Yorkshire Police and not the OPFCC.
To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.
