Please could you provide the following information:
1. During the period of Zoe Metcalfe as PFCC, how many employment tribunals have been
brought against the PFCCs office?
2. During the period of Zoe Metcalfe as PFCC, how many employment tribunals were
concluded with the PFCCs office making a payment before it went to a full tribunal?

1. During the period of Zoe Metcalfe as PFCC, how many employment tribunals have been
brought against the PFCCs office?
Since the start of Zoe Metcalfe’s tenure as PFCC in November 2021, there has been one
employment tribunal.

2. During the period of Zoe Metcalfe as PFCC, how many employment tribunals were
concluded with the PFCCs office making a payment before it went to a full tribunal?
The one employment tribunal mentioned above concluded before it went to full tribunal,
when mutually acceptable terms were reached.
