I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 30th November 2021.
I note you seek access to the following information:
For the purpose of our review, we are writing to ask if you could kindly supply us with a copy of the fire investigation report produced after a deadly fire in the Buckrose Court flats in September 2009 near Malton (Commercial St, Norton, Malton YO17 9HN).

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.

This information has been supplied to you directly by North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service as you submitted this Freedom of Information request to them at the same time as submitting the request to this office.
They have responded in full and included a copy of the fire investigation report as you requested. Both the letter of response and the fire investigation report are attached for your information.
