I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Policing, Fire and Crime Team (PFC) 19th April 2025.

Q1)How many days work did the Independent Adjudicator complete in 

  1. a) 2022
  2. b) 2023
  3. c) 2024

Q2) Are there any financial or budgetary constraints on the amount of time that the Independent Adjudicator is permitted to work? 

Q3) Are there any other limitations on the workload of the Independent Adjudicator?

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the PFC.     

I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by the PFC.    

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you.   

 

Q1)How many days work did the Independent Adjudicator complete in

  2. b) 2023 – 104 days worked
  3. c) 2024 – 156 days worked

 

Q2) Are there any financial or budgetary constraints on the amount of time that the Independent Adjudicator is permitted to work? 

The IA’s workload is governed by business/operational needs for such services with a budget set accordingly 

 

Q3) Are there any other limitations on the workload of the Independent Adjudicator?
