Would you please advise the number of claims that have been submitted to the MIB and rejected and their overall value for accidents occurring during the following periods; 

01/01/20 – 31/12/20

01/01/21 – 31/12/21 

Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.

I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.

This is because the information is held by North Yorkshire Police and not the OPFCC.
