I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 11th April 2021.

I note you seek access to the following information:  

  • I am contacting you for data under the Freedom Information Act regarding the number of motorcyclist who were stopped by the police for speeding and noisy exhausts over the previous Easter weekend on the A65 and if any will be summoned and prosecuted?
