I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Office for Policing, Fire, Crime and Commissioning (OPFCC) on the 3rd February 2025. 

 

Question/ Request:  

Op Trailblaze – weekend of 1st and 2nd February 2025 

I would like to know the following information: 

How many police officers were involved, and from what areas were they drafted? 

How many motorcycles were stopped, and how many reported for offenses? 

How many 4×4 vehicles were stopped and how many were reported for offenses? 

How many vehicles were reported for illegal ‘off-road’ driving/riding offenses? 

What was the overall cost of the operation? 

 

Answer/ Response:  

I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.    

This is because the information is held by North Yorkshire Police and not the OPFCC.  

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.
