I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Policing, Fire and Crime Directorate (PFC) on 17th February 2026
Request:
Under the FOI Act, as the Pension Supervising Authority for the local police force, please provide me with the following:
List the police officers dismissed or who have resigned from the local force since 2018 following conviction of a crime, the PCC is aware of?
For each officer listed in your answer to Q1, itemise them to show if they were dismissed or resigned, gender, offence(s), year of conviction, pension worth at time of leaving and if their pension has been forfeited (if so, include % forfeited)

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the PFC.
I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the PFC in order to answer your request.
The information you are looking for may be held by North Yorkshire Police.
