I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Policing, Fire and Crime Directorate (PFC) on the 29th January 2026.
Request:
Records of Notice to prosecute for speed limit infringements on A64 Whitwell Hill (south West bound) for the past 5 years for Motorcycles, HGVs, Commercial vehicles with 3seats or less , commercial vehicles with more than 3 seats and private cars separated into those groups. For commercial vehicles with 3 or less seats the number of intended prosecutions for 70-75mph. Also the number of accidents for each of the separate classes of vehicles in the same time frame.

I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the PFC in order to answer your request.
