I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 8th March 2021.  

I note you seek access to the following information:    

Can you please tell me how many cases of enforcement (e.g. fines issued) there have been under Regulation 98 of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 for the most recent period for which you have figures available? If the answer is none, please let me know that.  

Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information 

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.    

I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.
