I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Policing, Fire and Crime Directorate (PFC) on 23rd April 202
Request:
I am writing regarding a data request I have received from three of my constituents for any data from the Police (or any other relevant agencies, including the 95 Alive Road Safety Partnership, on KSI’s (those killed or seriously injured) and speed data (mean speed, 85th percentile and highest recorded speed) for the last five years of recorded information for the following roads, all of which are in Harrogate. I wondered if you could assist please.
- Hookstone Drive
- Hookstone Road
- Leeds Road (all sections)
- Leadhall Lane
- Otley Road (all sections including crossing at Otley Road/Cold Bath Road/Arthurs Ave junction)
- Yew Tree Lane
- Pannal Ash Road
- Green Lane
My constituents also asked for any data for these roads on reported near misses, mobile phone offences and tickets issued to drivers for mobile phone and speeding offences on these roads if these are available please.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the PFC.
I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the PFC in order to answer your request.
