Freedom of Information request reference Number: NY09185

I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Office for Policing, Fire, Crime and Commissioning (OPFCC) on 2nd September 2024.

Question/ Request:

I should like some statistics for 101, if necessary through FOI.

  1. On average, what percentage of calls to 101 are “dropped” because no-one answers and callers give up. This is a standard statistic for call centres.
  2. What is the average time for a 101 call to be answered?
  3. What is the average time for a 101 call to be answered on Friday and Saturday evenings( say the month of August or July).
  4. It seems there are more officers on day duty than on an evening, can you provide statistics, again for August or July, by day, for Stokesley. Include figures/days when there was notoneofficer on duty in Stokesley, (excluding anyone who just happened to be working in the police station as opposed to on duty in the town).
  5. What is the average sick rate for officers for the last six months, as a percentage.

Answer/ Response:

I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.

This is because the information is held by North Yorkshire Police and not the OPFCC.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.
