Crown Commercial Services frameworks

Telephony System

  2. How many users of the telephony system?There were 3000 but this is currently being reduced to 500 due to the implementation of Teams and Skype – this is across both the OPFCC and North Yorkshire Police 
  3. When is the contract up for renewal?31.08.2022 
  4. Are you considering or interested in Microsoft Teams Voice (Direct Routing)?We are now using Microsoft Teams and this is being rolled out across the organisation

  6. Current annual spend?Approximately £22,809 dependant on usage
