Philip joined a North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service training exercise at Park Parade in Harrogate on Sunday 15 August.

The Commissioner observed the new Aerial Ladder Platform in action to see the impact it will have protecting high rise buildings and keeping those who live and work in them safe.
