NOTICE is given that from 28th May 2019 to 8th July 2019 between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm any persons interested may inspect and make copies of the accounts of the above named Authority for the period ended 31 March 2019 and the supporting documents thereto. The accounts will be available for inspection at the offices at which they are normally kept, or otherwise by arrangement. Application should be made initially to the Head of Finance and Administration, Service Headquarters, Thurston Road, Northallerton, DL6 2ND.

NOTICE is also given that from 28 May 2019 to 8 July 2019, any local government elector, or representative of the elector, is given the opportunity to question the auditor about the accounting records, and that any such elector has the right to make an objection to the auditor as to any matter in respect of which the auditors could take action under S28 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (namely, an unlawful item of account), or could make a report in the public interest under Section 24 of that Act. The objection must be made in writing to the auditor, with a copy sent to the Fire Authority.
