Victim’s views wanted – Can you help?
The Ministry of Justice want to hear from victims to discover what services matter to them so they can better understand how to improve the service victims receive. Please take a few moments to complete their survey.
Victims’ Code
The Victims’ Code (also known as Code of Practice for Victims of Crime) details a range of actions/opportunities that should be offered to victims of crime by agencies such as the police, Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the courts.
These are known as entitlements. You can read the Code here.
