I write in connection with your request for information which was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC) on 13 October 2018. Please accept our apologies for the delay in providing you with a response. I note you seek access to the following information:
The Police and Crime Commissioner Julia Mulligan recently attended a meeting with the Police and Crime Panel Complaints Committee concerning allegations relating to her conduct.
Please provide me with copies of any items relating to this meeting including all notes, emails, documents, reports, photographs and statements.
Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information

In addition North Yorkshire Police are not required to provide information where it is already reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means, therefore part of your request for information is exempt pursuant to section 21(1) – Information Reasonably Accessible to the applicant by other means.
Section 17 of the Act requires North Yorkshire Police, when refusing to provide such information (because the information is exempt) to provide you the applicant with a notice which:
(a) states that fact,
(b) specifies the exemption in question and (
c) states (if that would not otherwise be apparent)
