Decision
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you.
1) The use of the Community Remedy is reviewed by the Independent Out of Court Disposal Scrutiny Panel, who convene on a quarterly basis and is attended by a representative from the North Yorkshire OPCC. The Panel scrutinise the use of all disposals, including those under the Community Remedy.
2) There is the consideration to review the additional actions available as part of the Community Remedy, that were identified as part of the North Yorkshire consultation process on Community Remedy.
3) In July 2014, the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) launched a public consultation across North Yorkshire and York to gather resident and stakeholder views on a number of potential options which could feature within a list of Community Remedy actions.
