- What are the statutory and other obligations (including timescales) upon the PCFC to reply to matters of political concern raised with them?
- What complaints procedure is in place to deal with the persistent failures of a PCFC to engage with and reply to such concerns?

Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information
To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC).
I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by the OPFCC.

- There is no specific statutory or other obligation upon the PFCC to reply to matters of Political concern raised with them. The overarching Freedom of Information Act and Data Protection Act outlines statutory obligations in responding the requests for information from the public in general.
