I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 31st March 2022. Please accept our apologies for the delay in providing you with a response.

I note you seek access to the following information:  

Please provide a breakdown of all costs associated with the running of the office of the Police and Crime Commissioner in your force, for 2019, 2020 and 2021.

This is to include (not an exhaustive list):

Staffing Related Costs, Estates, Transport and ICV Expenses, Supplies and Services and Surveys, Audit and Professional Fees, Communications and IT, Subscriptions, Misconduct Tribunal Appeal Costs, Communications/PR Contract, and any other associated costs with running the office.

Additionally, please provide a breakdown of the salaries of the 5 highest-paid employees within the office of the Police and Crime Commissioner.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.

I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by the OPFCC and can be located on the website.

The information that has been requested is all available on the website as this is included and split down every year in the Final Accounts (draft Final Accounts for 2021 / 2022).

We cannot disclose the salary information specifically asked for unfortunately, however, we do publish the salaries of Staff earning over £50,000.00 online also.
