Question/ Request:

can you tell me the annual spend of petrol and diesle by North Yorkshire Police.?
This morning before 10:32. Police Crime Scene Van YJ69FMF was parked outside Selby Library the engine running for over 10 minutes with one person inside. I suspect she had the engine running for 20 minutes. It was not cold. She didn’t need the heater.

Do the police have a policy to minimise waste? Do the police have Climate Change Policy? Are recruits taught about climate change and the need to minimise carbon dioxide emissions?
