Freedom of Information request reference number: NY9935

I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Policing, Fire and Crime Directorate (PFC) on 7 September 2025.

Question/ Request:

I’d like to request the appointment diary of the York and North Yorkshire Deputy Mayor for Policing, Fire and Crime from 1st January 2025 to 31st August 2025.

In the past similar information has been published on your website but this practice seems to have been discontinued

Please provide the time and date of each appointment or event, and a summary of what it was about. The estimated duration of the appointment would be appreciated if it is easily accessible.

(‘Meeting with Chief Constable’ would, for instance, be fine as a summary – I’m not looking for a detailed agenda for each appointment.)

I’m not interested in appointments where someone deputised for the Deputy Mayor. Please also indicate dates when the Deputy Mayor was on leave.

I do not wish to know the details of third parties. Where entries need to be redacted, please still provide the time and date of the appointment, as part of my research is to establish how many engagements the York and North Yorkshire Deputy Mayor for Policing, Fire and Crime has had.

Answer/ Response:
