I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) 29 Dec 2023.

Question/ Request:

Please provide me with the following information for the financial years 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23.

All expenditure made by your organisation, in every facet of its operations and purview, on translation, interpretation, and language services.

Please provide the aggregated total spent by your organisation and then, if possible, please provide this broken down by particular function for which the service was carried out.

 

Answer/ Response:

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.

I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by the OPFCC.

I have today decided to disclose the located information to you.

The OPFCC commissions various services across North Yorkshire. Within the timeframe listed in your request, the OPFCC paid for translation and interpretation services on behalf of one of the commissioned services- Community Counselling.

    • £760 in June 23

 

Community Counselling is an independent charity based in Ryedale.  They provide a range of counselling services to people living in Ryedale and Scarborough Borough Districts, North Yorkshire. https://www.community-counselling.org.uk/
