I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 14th December 2021.
I note you seek access to the following information:
Is it possible, please, via the Freedom of Information Act, to be told how much it cost to hold the recent by-election (November 2021) for the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner? i.e. The costs of: hiring polling stations, places to count votes, counting officers, collection of ballot boxes, manning polling stations and the admin costs of printing and sending out ballots, etc, etc.
Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information
To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.
I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.
This is because this information is not held by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner, North Yorkshire. This information is held by Selby District Council.
