I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 22 Jan 2024.

Question/ Request:

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I would like to request the following information:

  1. The number of incidents attended by Police/Fire Crews on the A19 between Shipton-by-Beningborough and Thirsk in the period 01/01/2010 to 01/01/2024
  2. The number of incidents attended in 1 which led to hospitalisation of/personal injury of those drivers/passengers
  3. The number of incidents in 1 which led to fatalities

I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.

This is because the information is held by North Yorkshire Police and not the OPFCC.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.
