I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, Policing, Fire and Crime Directorate (PFC) on the 3rd February 2026

Please tell me how many police officers’ pensions have been forfeited in the past ten years. If that exceeds the maximum time limit for FOIs, please give me the number for the past five years. I would like the numbers broken down by year.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the PFC.
I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the PFC in order to answer your request.
