I write in connection with your request for information that was received by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire (OPFCC) on 9th November 2020.
I note you seek access to the following information:
We The Undersigned Have a Human Sovereign Right to Cannabis (WTU) hereby raise formal complaint against the Press Officer/s responsible for the attached publication, published on Essex Police Facebook page “Ask your body what if feels about cannabis”
Under the FOI Act, WTU formally request copies of all of the research and evidence utilised in the creation of the above publication and their sources within 14 days of receiving this complaint. WTU also formally request the name, rank and number of the Press Officer/s responsible in order to levy these charges directly to them as individuals to be held to account for their Acts of Misinformation.
Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information
To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within the OPFCC.
I wish to advise you that there is no information held by the OPFCC in order to answer your request.
This is because this information is held by Essex Police.
